Who we are
Abgefahren aber Okay is our family project from Thuringia, Germany. We are father and son making electronic music together, combining our own ideas and lyrics with Hardtekk and EDM.
Making music takes hard work and means a lot to us. We take time to develop our own ideas, produce our tracks and refine the details.
How we work
From an idea to a song
Our songs begin with our own ideas and lyrics. We work together on the structure, sound and different versions, deciding what fits each idea and which version to release.
How we make our music
65% DAW · 35% AI
We produce our music ourselves. Our production approach combines 65% hands-on work in the DAW with 35% AI assistance. The ideas, lyrics, selection, editing and final decisions are ours.
We invest time, effort and care in our productions, from the first draft to the finishing touches. Our aim is to make music you enjoy and are happy with.
A DAW is a digital audio workstation. We use our music software to work on beats, arrangements, sound, mixing and finishing touches.
AI complements our own work as a tool for musical ideas. We decide which results to use and how to edit and develop them.
Our releases
Music to take home and collect
We make our CDs ourselves. We burn the music onto audio CD-R discs and print the matching covers with an inkjet printer.
Each product page lists the tracks and versions included in that release, along with details of its contents and packaging.
Format: Audio CD-R, burned and prepared by us.
