Right of withdrawal

You may also notify us of your withdrawal by email or post. The withdrawal instructions below apply regardless of which of these methods you use.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If several items from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, at the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Sealed audio recordings

For contracts for the supply of audio recordings in sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal has been removed after delivery. As long as the seal remains intact, the statutory right of withdrawal remains in place.

Your statutory rights in respect of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
