Shipping & payment

We produce, inspect and package our CDs ourselves. Within Germany, the shipping method offered at checkout depends on the value of the goods: Deutsche Post Maxi-Brief up to €37.99, and DHL parcel with tracking from €38.00.

The goods value used to calculate shipping at checkout determines the applicable shipping rate within Germany. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the price of the goods.

The shipping methods and costs available for your order are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and additional transit times.

Germany: approximately 3–5 working days. EU countries: approximately 4–10 working days. Rest of Europe and Switzerland: approximately 5–14 working days. For announced releases, the on-sale date shown on the relevant product page applies.

For “Bank transfer (payment in advance)” and “Advance payment against invoice (bank transfer)”, the processing and delivery period begins after we have received the full invoice amount, including shipping costs. With both payment methods, we dispatch only after receiving payment in full.

For these delivery times, working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch or delivery. If an order contains both items available for immediate delivery and pre-orders, we dispatch them together once all items are available, unless we have agreed otherwise.

For DHL parcels, we provide you with the tracking number after dispatch. Deutsche Post Maxi-Brief does not provide parcel tracking.

The payment methods shown at checkout are available.

Bank transfer (payment in advance): Please transfer the full invoice amount, including shipping costs, within 2 calendar days of receiving the payment instructions. We dispatch after receiving payment in full.

Advance payment against invoice (bank transfer): Please transfer the full invoice amount, including shipping costs, within 2 calendar days of receiving the invoice. With this payment method, too, the invoice must be paid in full before dispatch.

You will find the bank details and the payee in the payment information for your order.

Please include your order or invoice number and your first and last name as the payment reference. Orders that have already been paid do not need to be paid again by bank transfer.

Under the small business VAT exemption in section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not shown separately.
